NEW BIKRAM YOGA TEACHERS

Congratulations to veteran BYG practitioners -- now Bikram Yoga Teachers -- Marie Ty and Gino Scarella!!!

The Bikram Yoga Teacher Training program is the most exciting, hard-working, intensive, effective, amusing and glamorous, nine-week Yoga class in the world!

IN THE PRACTICE ROOM

We advise 1st time students to arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you get to the studio early, we ask that you enter/leave the practice room silently.

You are welcome to talk to your friends in the common lounge and in the locker rooms.

In the practice room, please observe the silence by NOT bringing your mobile phones into the room and refrain from speaking.

In most Bikram Yoga Colleges around the world, you will find practictioners silently stretching or lying in savasana with feet facing the back of the room. This is often the unspoken rule of thumb before class begins in over 500 Bikram Yoga studios worldwide.

After the end of class, we ask that you silently leave the practice room as others might be lying in final savasana. If you feel the need to talk to others after your practie, please do so in the common lounge and/or in the locker rooms.

Please honor your practice and the practice of others by observing this silence.
