NEW STUDENTS




Bikram Yoga Greenhills is a great place to start your yoga practice.

The room is heated to 100-105 degrees Fahrenheit or to 40 degrees Celcius, so be prepared to sweat and work hard.

This class is designed for all levels of fitness, but if you have special medical conditions, please consult your doctor first and inform our teachers.

All classes are 90 minutes.

Come on an empty stomach. No food 1 to 3 hours before class. A small quantity of simple, easily digestible food is recommended for the meal prior to class.

Drink lots of water before, during and after a class. Doctors estimate you need at least 2 liters per day for normal body maintenance. Double that for doing Bikram Yoga.

First time students arrive 20 minutes before class for registration. Be on time!

A yoga mat and a large towel are required. In case you forget your supplies, we have yoga mats, towels, and water for sale. We have yoga mats for sale in our mini boutique.

Wear comfortable clothes (like you would go to the beach). Avoid sweats, long pants, heavy T-shirts, as we heat the room. No head scarves because of over heating.

Cool down after class, put on dry clothes & drink plenty of water. Come back the next day, even and especially if you are sore.
